PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take notice that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:1-1 et seq., beginning January 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices required to be published by the Borough of Little Ferry shall be obtained or viewed by the public at www.littleferrynj.org.  Public Notices, including but not limited to meetings dates, scheduled changes by the Mayor and Council, Board of Health, and Planning/Zoning Board, Land Use changes, Public Bidding, Notification of Ordinances and Tax Sales shall be posted on the Borough’s website.

This Public Notice shall print twice a month by the Borough’s official newspaper on the first and the fifteenth of each month.
